Wendy Todd Obituary
Ault - Wendy Todd, 57, of Ault, passed away on Friday, March 30 at her home. She was born November 26, 1960 in Santa Ana, CA to Seymour Malvin and Shayna (Dudnick) Newman where she grew up.
She lived in Southern California and at the age of 19, met Mark Robert Todd. They were married in 1986 in California and moved to Colorado in 2006.
Wendy worked as a teacher's aide, most recently with Eaton High School. She loved children, helping them to learn and grow. She worked with autistic children in Southern California, Envision in Evans as well as assisting kids with learning disabilities.
She loved to garden, tend to her plants, be in nature, sewing, arts and crafts and was a dedicated Aerosmith fan, attending their concerts throughout the country. She was an exceptional mother who went above and beyond to do anything for her children.
Survivors include her husband, Mark; children, Shane and Kristin Todd; mother, Shayna Newman; brother, Dale Newman; niece, Sage Newman and nephew, Austin Newman.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Life Celebration will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 6 at Adamson. Memorial gifts may be made to The Organization for Autism Research (OAR) in care of Adamson, 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634. Friends may leave condolences at adamsoncares.com
