ALAN D. HANSEN
October 27, 1960 ˜ January 1, 2021
Alan D. Hansen passed away from pancreatic cancer Jan. 1, 2021. Born Oct. 27, 1960, he is survived by his mother, Ruth; older sister, Karen Bena; and brother-in-law, Michael Bena. Alan was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church in Camas, WA. No memorial services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ray Hickey Hospice House who lovingly cared for Alan his last three days with us.

I worked with Alan for 12 years and he was such a wonderful man. I´m in shock that he´s passed. Condolences to his mom and family. I´ll really miss Alan.

Dear Ruthie: I don't know if you remember me but I'm Mary Ann Keller's son Dan (Danny).
My mom would want me to send our families condolences to you and your family regarding Alan's passing----I know what a special friend you were to my mother.
We just lost our oldest brother Mike just a few days ago (Feb. 16).
Never an easy thing to lose a loved one.

Dear Ruth, Karen and Mike-
Alan was one of those very special patients I saw often
at our dental office. He truly had the kindest heart and such a gentle
nature about him. I loved seeing him especially before or after one of his Christmas to NY adventures. I nearly felt I was there with him as he shared the windows of Macy's and walking around the chilly, wintery streets of NY.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Alan will always hold a special place in my heart as one of the dearest people I've ever known. Peace be in your hearts now and always,

Alan was my travel agent for about eight years. Although we never met face-to-face, we developed a great working relationship. He was a very dedicated and conscientious partner helping with my weekly travels. May he rest in peace!
