Pauline Wilson Obituary

Pauline “Polly� H. Wilson, 82, died at St. Francis Hospital, Memphis on June 7, 2009. Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Lyle Allen Wilson. She and Lyle were charter members of Park Avenue Church of Christ. She is also a retired Officer of the Bank of America where she was the head teller. Surviving are her two children, Gloria W. Moore (Alan) of Memphis, and Dr. Trent Wilson (Sherri) of Germantown; four grandchildren, Dr. Gary T. WilsonJr. (Brooke) , Eric D. Wilson, Alanna L. Moore, and Zachary A. Moore; and one great-grandson, McCoy Allen Wilson. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday June 9, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home in the Fireside Chapel. A visitation will begin Tuesday from 1:00 to 2:30. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. I sure will miss, Miss Polly we had a lot of good times together, I not only worked for her she was my friend and i will always remember the good times and the happy memories, that i will keep in my heart forever.My heart goes out to all the family, i know how much they loved her and cared for her.My prayers and thoughts are with all of them.

I so enjoyed knowing your mother and father during my years as their neighbor. I was shocked to arrive home to hear the news about Miss Polly. May memories of happier times give you some comfort during this difficult time. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
