Shirley Kelley Obituary

EPSOM – Shirley A Kelley, 88, of Epsom, died Tuesday, August 5, 2014, peacefully in her home after a brief illness.

She is survived by her six children, Kenneth Kelley and Cynthia Dabney, both of Concord, Ray Kelley of Center.Barnstead, Elizabeth Kelley and William Kelley, both of Epsom, and Carol Ann Burstein of North Hampton. She is also survived by two brothers, Walter Beckert of South Berwick, Maine and Rick Beckert of Eliot Maine; plus grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

We lost not only a very loving and dedicated mother, but also our best friend. She taught by example, working hard and raising six children independently. Her life was all about her family. She will truly be missed by all that knew and loved her. May she rest in peace. We love you, Mom.

She was a great lady one of God's earth angels. What a very special woman who live by example in how to travel the path of a life …well lived by deed and example. May your many memories sustain you as you carry on her legacy. It is so very hard to loose a beloved parent and I know that the pain cuts like a knife through a person's very soul. I pray that you all may feel the loving arms of Jesus wrapped around you during this time of loss and through out the grieving process. May God's promise of a blessed homecoming of eternal life comfort you. Remember the good memories and hold them close to your heart and in your mind of a very strong caring, loving woman of whom family was everything. I have my special times…blueberry picking, her infamous potato salad, that impish smile and her wisdom are some of the wonderful good times that I will treasure. My deepest sympathy and condolences to you all, my thoughts & prayers are with you at this time.
