Paul was born in Hatfield, Indiana, on February 7, 1933, to the late Herman and Esther (Stepro) Roberts. He was a life long farmer.
Paul is survived by a niece, Charlene Bruggenschmidt; and nephews, Jeff and Stan Roberts.
Services 2 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2009, at the Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Indiana, with Rev. Carl Jones officiating. Burial is in James Parker Cemetery in Hatfield, Indiana. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2009, at the funeral home.

I am sorry for the families loss. I remember Paul from my childhood days, when we used to camp on the river. Paul and his mother and father was good friends to the family. I used to love to go over to the homestead and see Charlie the Raccoon. Paul always had a smile and a good word to say when ever you saw him.
