Armand R. LeClerc, age 85 of Mooresville, NC entered into rest on April 10, 2015.
Armand is survived by his loving wife and devoted wife of 61 years, Madeleine Hamel LeClerc.
Mr. LeClerc was born in Berlin, New Hampshire on March 10, 1930, the son of the late Lorenzo LeClerc and Christine (Theriault) LeClerc. He was a resident of Stratford, CT for over 40 years until moving to Mooresville in 2002. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during the Korean Conflict. He was employed by Sikorsky Aircraft for over 36 years, retiring in 1992. He was the co-founder of the Sikorsky Ski Club; he and his wife were active members for many years. He is predeceased by his daughter , Susan LeClerc, his brothers Adrian and Laurier (Larry) LeClerc. Besides his wife he is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Regis and Mariette (Mickey) Le Clerc. of Lady Lake, FL. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM on Friday June 5th , 2015 in St. Mark's Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford, CT Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Trumbull. At the request of his family , memorial contributions may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research Grand Central Station P.O Box 4777 NY< NY 10163-4777.
