It was a pleasure knowing your father. He was always so kind. He seemed to be a devoted husband and father. He always spoke about the love he felt for your mother. He took care of her when she was sick. He would come into our office to take care of his own health, but always would say that he had to get back to his wife to take care of her. I am glad I was in the office the day we had to send him to the hospital. I was able to say goodbye to him. I will never forget Mr. Doherty. He has really touched my heart. I am sure you have very fond memories of both your parents that will stay with you forever. Fondly, Susan Casey - Dr. Sherlip's Office

Working on the milk truck for "Howie" on Saturday mornings (post back surgery, 69-70) was my first job. My dad (Eddie) worked @ Brock Hall for years as well. Howard was a good man, and I mourne his passing.
