Irene Garbatini Obituary
Irene A. Garbatini, age 80, widow of Blaze L. Garbatini and resident of Orange, Connecticut, passed away March 13, 2018. She was born May 7, 1937 in Derby, Connecticut, daughter of the late Nicholas and Anna Nestoriak Plaskon. Mrs. Garbatini grew up in Seymour. She became a cosmetology instructor, attended Southern Connecticut State University, and later worked in the family business as a graphic designer. She loved her animals and was always seen with her small dog Coco. Over the past 30 years she was a real estate agent throughout the Valley area. She leaves to cherish her memory her son Blaze A. Garbatini and daughter Esti-Anne Garbatini, both of Orange. Friends may call at The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St., Ansonia on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (www.JenkinsKingFH.com). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Holy Infant Church, 450 Racebrook Rd., Orange, CT. Entombment will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery Mausoleum in Derby. Friends who wish may make donations in the memory of Irene A. Garbatini to the charity of one's choice.

Blaze and Esti......Sorry for the loss of your Mom. I wish I could attend the wake but my current work schedule for Tuesdays will not allow it. In any case, my sincerest condolences to you both.
