GREENVILLE - Ronald Leedom, age 75, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away at 5:30 a.m. Nov. 25, 2012, at his residence.
Ronald was born Oct. 30, 1937, in Greenville, Ohio, to the late Delbert and Stella (Burk) Leedom.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jo (Hall) Leedom, whom he married Nov. 13, 1958; children, Terry Lee and Ruthanna Leedom of Greenville, Rocky and Lisa Leedom of Arcanum and Michelle and Douglas Ketring of Laurel, Ind.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ronald is also preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Ann Larson; and a brother, Tommy Wion.
Ronald served in the U.S. Air Force. He was retired from Fram Corporation in Greenville, where he was a metal fabricator. Ronald was a life member of the Greenville Am Vets. Ronald enjoyed turkey shoots, hunting, fishing, hunting mushrooms and was an all around sportsman.
A gathering will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Abbottsville United Methodist Church in Abbottsville with Pastor Chris Harris officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Greenville Veteran's Honor Guard at 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
