Jacqueline J. "Jacque" Joseph, 64, of Connellsville, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013, in the Windber Hospice Center. She was born June 7, 1949, in Connellsville, a daughter of Dolores Barboline Fasson, of Connellsville, and the late Samuel "Jack" Joseph Jr. Jacque was a graduate of Plantation High School in Plantation, Fla., with the class of 1967. She also attended Broward Community College in Florida. Jacque was working as the assistant vice president of compliance for the Commonwealth Marketing Group in Uniontown. She was also the former director of the Connellsville Community Center in the 1970s and was the office manager for the former U.S. Representative Austin J. Murphy. Jacque was very active in many civic organizations, especially 
The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society, where she was very active in fundraising. She was an advisory board member of the Western PA/WV Chapter of 
The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society. She was also a member and past chairman of the Southwest PA Light the Night Committee. In addition to her mother, Jacque is survived by her loving daughter, Stacey Reed Polito and husband, Michael III, of Lake Norman, N.C.; her cherished grandson, Michael J. Polito IV; her stepgranddaughter, Gianna Polito; her brother, Samuel Joseph III and wife, Diane, of Grove City, Ohio; her niece and nephews, Hillary, Sam and Seth; and several dear friends, especially Nick Jacobs, of Pittsburgh. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2013, in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, (724-628-1430). A private interment for the family will be in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, with Monsignor Raymond Balta, of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Johnstown, presiding.
