John Ratai of Luther, Okla., went to be with His Lord on Dec. 27, 2020.
He was born Sept. 23, 1936, in Connellsville, a son of the late John Ratai and Mary (Benko) Ratai.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph G. Ratai.
John was a graduate of Connellsville High School with the Class of 1954. John will be greatly missed.
He leaves behind his wife of 64 years, Judy (Thomas) Ratai; three daughters, Lisa Mansell and husband Larry, Carri Douglas and husband Todd, and Julie Davis and husband Trey; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Beatrice Lepre of Wilmington, Del., Mary Talone and husband Salvatore, and Nancy Wade and husband Larry; sister-in-law, Diane Ratai, all of Connellsville; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Jan. 4, 2020, at Luther Cemetery in Luther, Okla.
