Claire L. Williams ALLIGERVILLE- Claire L. Williams of Alligerville died Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Ellenville Regional Hospital. She was born in Poughkeepsie a daughter of the late Viola Calhoun and Harry Ennist. She was an area resident most of her life and had been employed in the Medical Records Department for Vassar Bros. Hospital in Poughkeepsie until her retirement. Her husband William H. ‘Bill’ Williams died Oct. 23, 2013. Claire loved her dogs, traveling upstate to Middleburgh, and enjoyed picnics. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her many friends. Claire is survived by her daughter, Meloney Bauer, a son William Williams, seven grandchildren, John, Thomas, Christopher, Alicia, William, Sky-Tyler, and Tara, seven great-grandchildren, Jesse, James Dean, Madeline, Julianna, Seraphina, Kera, and Maryann. Also survived by nieces Billie Ann, Linda, and Karen. A son Jamie Williams died June 28, 2014 and a sister Joyce also died previously. Friends may call Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 noon. at the George J. Moylan Funeral Home Inc., 2053 Route 32, Rosendale. Her funeral service will begin at 12 noon, Rev. Arlene Dawber will officiate. Interment will follow in the High Falls Cemetery.
