BEVERLY RUTH PALMER

Beverly Ruth Palmer of St. Charles Beverly Ruth Palmer, 62, passed away Friday, Nov. 25, 2011, with her family by her side. She was born March 3, 1949, in Chicago, the daughter of Angelo and Lillian (nee Topinka) Liga. Beverly was united in marriage to Thomas Lee Palmer, Aug. 19, 1972, in McHenry, Ill. She was well known in her community for her hospitality and serving others their favorite meals. Her strong Christian faith was passed on to her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, blessing each of them with her warmth and love. Her outgoing presence and grace will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Palmer; four children, Jennifer (Charles) Farrington of Fairfield, Conn., Christine (Christopher) Stoehrmann of Bloomingdale, Ill., Caroline (James) Kloese of Montgomery, Ill., and Mark Palmer of Bloomingdale, Ill.; two grandchildren, Connor and Charlotte Stoehrmann; two sisters, Linda J. Liga and Sharon Otahal; and a brother, Angelo Liga. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, at Moss-Norris Funeral Home, 100 South Third St. (three blocks west of the river and one block south of Route 64), St. Charles. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at Trinity Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church, 12 S. 7th Ave., St. Charles.
