BEVERLY P. SCHURING

1948 - 2015

ELGIN - Beverly P. Schuring, 66, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015 after a long illness with her family by her side. She was born Mar 29, 1948 in Harvard, the daughter of Henry and Beverly (Reichenbach) Vogt. Mrs. Schuring was a 1970 graduate of Concordia College. On July 3, 1971 she married Norman Schuring in North Plato. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in North Plato. Beverly devoted her life to taking care of her family and she supported the family business. She will be deeply missed by all. Beverly is survived by her husband of 43 years, Norman; three sons, James (Michelle), Douglas and Andrew; grandchildren, Zander, Amber and Tyler; one sister, Linda (Fred) Rackow. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, John Vogt. The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 11 am at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 43W301 Plank Rd., Hampshire with the Rev. Gerhard Mau officiating. Burial will be in the Hampshire Center Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, March 13 from 5 to 8 pm at the church and will continue on Sat. from 10 am until the 11 am service.
