I grew up with Bill and Laurie. Even though it's been many years since we have seen each other, I wanted Bill and his family to know that my thoughts and prayer's will be with you.

My deepest sympathy to the Johnson and Frazier families. Laurie was a friend and classmate. I was very upset when I first heard of Laurie's illness. I kept thinking "Why her?, why not me?" There is a song called Trust his heart, by Babbie Mason. The verse says "God is too wise to be mistaken, God is too good to be unkind, So when you don't understand, When you don't see His plan, When you can't trace his hand, Trust his heart. I will have to trust God's plan for Laurie. She will be missed so dearly, by so many. Laurie, there is darkness here because you're gone; yet Heaven has never been so bright and filled with sunshine and light, because of your presence. God bless you, Laurie, rest in peace.

I miss when I would be able to spend the night at Aunt Laurie and Uncle Bill's house and not bring any clothes with me because Aunt Laurie would say "You're going to be in a house full of girls, what could you possibly need!"

I miss when just out of the blue Aunt Laurie would say, "Let's go shopping!" and we did.
