Mark was an amazing and accomplished teacher, mentor , and leader! Even as adults, my sons always referred to Mark as Mr. Ruby! They highly respected him as one of their former teachers. He will be remembered and missed.
My condolence to Marilyn and her family!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Mark and I were stationed in the same US army unit while stationed in Germany in 1957-1958. Did he ever tell you the story of 4 or 5 of us locking ourselves in the mail room several times to avoid morning calisthenics? I'm also a retired educator and train buff. Having lived in the Southwest for 14 years, I rode
the amazing Durango/Silverton Narrow Guage RR.I'm guessing he did the same. Memories.
He was a gentleman and a scholar!
