Please accept my sincere condolences and sympathy at this too soon loss of Marty! Marty was my first love from back on the Elm Street days when we played "Kick the Can" until dark! We were only in 5th grade but it was a special time I have never forgotten!
Marty came to my mother's service several years ago and we remember the good ol' days as though it were last week. Donna, please know he loved his family and you were so special to him. I am stunned and saddened today.........

I remember Marty from my days at Midland Standard in Elgin, back in the 60's, when he was one of our reps for several years. He was one of my favorites, always up beat and optomisitic even during some of those times when busiess conditions weren't too good.

I lost track of him a few years after that but want to express my condolences to his wife and children whom I am sure will miss his early passing.

Donna,

Gosh, I couldn't believe my eyes when I read about Marty's passing in the (online) Courier News this morning!

I will always remember his wonderful sense of humor. No one matched the charm and charisma of Marty. He had his own style.

My heart-felt sympathy is with you, your two boys and extended families today. May the Lord rest his soul.

A friend from years gone by,
Glenna (Salzmann) Udell
