Walter Wintermute Obituary
AGE: 77 • Dover
Walter M. Wintermute, Jr., 77, of Dover, passed away Sunday, September 16th, 2012 at Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover following a long illness. Mr. Wintermute was born in Dover and has been a lifelong resident of Dover. He worked as an equipment operator for the Dover Road Department, Dover, and retired in 1990. He was an avid bowler (bowling league at Dover Lanes), Nascar and Yankee fan and also enjoyed fishing.
Survived by his wife Patricia; two daughters Deborah and Dawn; brother James and wife Brenda; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Wednesday, September 19, 2012, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
Funeral Services will be Thursday, September 20, 2012, 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his name to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Our Condolences to Walt's Family. We became friends with Walt at Travelers Diner twenty some years ago. Through the years he always made us laugh,we are going to miss him. God Bless.

Dear Pat and family,
Walt surely will be missed! He brought us giggles, smiles and happy times through the years. He was always there when needed- and will always be remembered. I pray God gives you all the strength to heal and smile at those wonderful memories too soon!
