To the Donnell Family
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of David. I did not know him but I feel that all police families have a connection. My son and my brother were both police officers who just recently died. My brother may have worked with David. He was a Dayton Police Officer. My prayers go out to you and your family. I pray that God will give you some comfort in this time of grief for you and your family. God bless you.

Sharon, David was a one of a kind person but I don't have to tell you that. My heart and prayers goes out to you and your family, just know he is in Gods hands now and he is not suffering anymore. I know that was a very hard thing for you to see him in pain. Now he is an angel watching over you and family. Will pray for you, take care and call if you need anything.

Dave Donnell was a good man. He was a great father to his children and a loving husband to Sharon. There are no finer Dayton Police Officers than this man either. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. God Bless you all during this difficult time.
