Dec. Ridley was a praying man. The year was 1964-65, and if we did'nt arrive at St Luke before devotional prayer, then wait in the vestibul we did. He would pray until heaven received and ansewered. Dec. Ridley shared valuable knowledge with me through the years. He encouraged and enlightened me with foresight into the St/Natl. Conventions & early retirement. His face was friendly to meet and greet and something thoughtful would be uttered or spoken.

I saw him and Mrs. B. at my uncle's funeral Nov. 21, 04, sitting on the last pew close to the door.
