Bernabe Fuentes Obituary
Born on November 15, 1928, went home to be with the Lord at the age of 82.
A native of Utuado, Puerto Rico came to the US in November 1966 at the age of 37 with his wife, two daughters and a son. He was admired for his devotion to God and his love towards others. Bernabe was a minister and assisted in the birth and development of many churches. He was a great influence in the Christian community and was loved by many.
Bernabe was a loving husband, father, and grandfather; and was known for his excellent cooking skills. He is survived by his children; daughter, Migdalia F. Carmona; daughter, Carmen D. Santiago; son, Gilberto Fuentes, and adoptive grandson, Miguel A Pagan, 10 additional grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Mr. Fuentes will begin at 5 pm, on Friday, August 19, at the Tower of Prayer Ministries, 310 N. DuPont St. Wilmington, DE, where a service will begin at 7 pm. Burial will be on Saturday at 10 am, in Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle, DE.
