Please accept my sincere condolences on Carmen's passing. I grew up with him in Holly Oak, Delaware. We were neighbors and our families were very close. I remember swimming with him in the family pool in Holly Oak and hunting / setting traps with him along the shores of the Delaware river. I also remember Doc Deldeo as an outstanding high school football player.

As you already know, Carmen was a remarkable man and his passing comes as a shock.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend his services on Thursday but please know that I will be thinking of him and his family.

If interested, I would be happy to share some stories of our time together.

Again, my deepest sympathy.

What a full life! Mr. Deldeo was one of my favorite teachers at William Penn many years ago, yet the photo is just as I remember him. My thoughts are with his family; I'm sure he'll be greatly missed.
