Lewes, DE - Joan Reese Ellis passed away on April 16, 2018. She was born in Wilmington in April 1952.
Joan was a loving and caring person who never spoke an unkind word about anyone. She deeply loved being around people and caring for her family and her pets.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Alice Reese. She is survived by her brother, Michael.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday April 26, 2018 at Chandler Funeral Home, 2506 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE, friends may call starting at 10:30AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities or the Delaware Humane Society.
