Dinnieen Toogood-D'Andreamatteo Obituary

Dinnieen M. Toogood-D'Andreamatteo Resident of Parkside, PA Dinnieen M. Toogood-D'Andreamatteo, 48, Dee passed away surrounded by her family on September 2, 2012 after a long, hard fight with cancer. She was born on October 23, 1963 in Chester, PA. Dee was married to David D'Andreamatteo. She had a heart of gold and her door was always open, with no judgment. She has touched the hearts of many with her words of advice. She influenced many family and friends, treated every child that walked through her door as one of her own. Dee enjoyed riding in her truck, listening to music, spending time with her family and talking on her phone. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and "second mother" to many. Survivors: In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Jeane (Matt Gummel) D'Andreamatteo, Cheryl D'Andreamatteo and Angel Toogood; grandson Jacob D'Andreamatteo; brother Michael Campagnini; many nieces and nephews. Viewing: Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Friday evening September 7, 2012 6 to 8 PM at O'Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064. Special thanks to Crozer Keystone Hospice at Taylor Hospital for their care, it gave comfort and peace to Dee and our family and friends.

I miss you aunt dee,im sorry I didnt get the chance to visit you.

Dee,
Lately I have been thinking and I miss you tons. You took me in when no one else would and gave the shirt off you back and wanted nothing in exchange but a clean and clear thinking head for me. And you did what you were best at helping people. Without you I would be face down somewhere who knows. But you helped me in my many times of need and here I am doing pretty successful now. It is hard to express my gratitude in words and wish I could tell you how much you helped me and show you that I am a better person than I was before. I have many memories with you that will never go away. I miss you and will see you someday.

DEE,
My friend , my sister, my side kick, my partner in crime. I have no words to say but that my heart is truly broken. We have spent a life time of laughter and fun, hardships and heart aches. Two in the same born under the same stars two weeks apart. You are an amazing person, who gave to everyone, never expecting anything in return. At the end of the day its not about what you have in life but who you are and the love you take with you. We have laughed, cried and held each other up through hell and back. So I have one last favor to ask my friend and that is to save me a spot in heaven. I love you with all my heart and soul. Love " SanDee "

I am very saddened to hear this news and my thoughts and prayers are with Dee's family. I knew Dee when I was younger and she was the most amazing, giving person I have ever known. I know that no words will lessen your heartache, but know that she is and was loved by many and she will be looking down on everyone and smiling as she always did.
