DELAWARE — James "Jamie" Eric Fouts, 39, of Delaware, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, Oct. 23, 2015 at his residence.
He was born July 11, 1976 in Morrow County to Jerry and Mary (Adkins) Fouts.
Jamie graduated from Delaware Hayes High School and worked for TTM Mechanical Heating and Cooling. He enjoyed reading, watching movies, playing sports, coaching baseball and repairing computers. He also was an avid OSU Buckeye fan and enjoyed working outside. Jamie was a very kind-hearted and family oriented person who loved helping his parents and making his nieces and great niece happy.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents of Delaware; brother, Jon Fouts of Delaware; sisters, Missy (Tom) Hooker of Delaware and Mandie Fouts of Powell; and his greatest joys, his nieces, Kassie and Kaylee Fouts, Karyn (Nick) Calvin and Skylar Piatt and his great-niece, Eliyah Fouts; several cousins, dear aunts and uncles and many close friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Emmett and Ina Adkins; paternal grandparents, Alvah and Margaret Fouts; and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 1510 W. William St. at Valleyside Drive, Delaware, and where funeral services will be held on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Matt Mailey officiating. Burial will follow in Marlborough Cemetery.

He was such a cute little blond boy. A memory I have is when him and his brothers and sisters would sing in church. They were so sweet. I pray God will comfort you Mary and Jerry and the family. Prayers for you.
