I met Al Cain when I was interviewed and hired by him and worked on his team in the early 70's at Xerox Corp in Richmond, Va One of our former Xerox friends were discussing those days and we thought of Al Caine. I happened to sadly check these pages. Sending my love and Condolences to you and your family Brenda during this time. Time will continue to heal Ramona (Shaw) Charity.

I was so sad to learn of Alan's passing. My deep condolences to your family with hope that fond memories will be a blessing and bring peace. I was privileged to meet Alan and recruit him for service on the Board of Directors of the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester, and to work with him in that capacity. He was a true treasure, and I will miss him.

When we learned of Al’s sudden passing, his smile flashed through our memories. Al and I worked together at Xerox many years ago - on the 18th floor in Xerox Square. Al was smart, personable, hard working and we completed many special programs together. Sue and I met you Brenda, on one of his Xerox All Star award trips. His passing saddens us. Please accept our sincere sympathy. And may your memories comfort you and your family. God bless.

I met Alan when my family moved to Rochester at the end of 1989.
My husband Xen Sanders has taken a job with Xerox. We met Al and Brenda as soon as we moved there. They were always such kind and wonderful friends. We attended Mt. Olivet Baptist Church with them.
We moved away from Rochester in 1993. But always remembered our friends.
I am sorry to hear about the passing of Al. He was a good man.
Al and Brenda were always so very kind to Xen, Xayna and me.
God Bless Brenda and family. You are in my prayers.
Love, Mattye Sanders

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. I met Al in the '90's when he was in Richmond, Virginia at Xerox. Al was a professional and knew his business. It was a pleasure to make his acquaintance back then.

Alan was a dear man...kind, smart, fun and always a gentleman. He had a wonderful sense of humor, a big heart and respected everyone. I enjoyed our years working out together at the Carlson Metrocenter YMCA and will greatly miss his cordiality and wonderful laughter.

I met Al in late 1972 or early 1973. Those 48 years were joyful, even during the most difficult times. Al is a true friend who's spirit remain strong. He is a Blessing that sent by the Lord. A man that is always concern with during the right thing, a man that has no pretense, one that offers help and empathy, a committed son, husband, brother and friend, and one that always lives life to the fullest. Remember the broad smile of warmth and the deep, loud laugh. A man whose presence remains.
Al sit down your glass and take a bow.

A friend of many years. We grew together in corporate America, pushing and challenging each other to do our best and beyond. We fought for "Inclusion" and hired to make it so~. We traveled together representing our Division from East to West teaching and sharing as we went. Our families were close as we vacationed together and shared as brother's. Death gives us heart ache, that no man can heal but, God provides a Comforter for us, with Good Memories, that no man can steal!. Rest now, old friend may you find favor in Gods loving hands! Al Caine--what a guy. I met Al when he came to Xerox and worked in our Richmond branch. Known as a "hard worker" that was focused on his customers and the people inside of the company that took care of those customers. Al held many positions of responsibility within the company and was a role model to many that were fortunate enough to have him as a mentor. Al appreciated opportunities and took advantage of them as they were presented to him. A good man that will be missed by his community, his family, and his legions of good friends across the globe. Rest in peace my friend.

I met Al when he arrived at our Xerox-Richmond Virginia branch. What a man. Al was a hard worker and demanded excellence from his coworkers and those who supported his customers. He had a nickname--Action Al--always wanting to ensure that customer needs were a priority to all. Al was a leader in the community and a friend and role model to so many. A good man that will be missed. Love and prayers to his family.
