Paul asked if I was interested in radio somewhere in the 2000's. I was but I had no spare time. Now of course I wish I'd found the time to take his offer of assistance. I quit and left the area in 2007 and became a radio operator. Paul is a very calm and generous man. I wish I'd listened to him then. I'd like to chat with him now that I have the time.

Dear Zielinski family,
I was saddened to read of Paul's death. My home was on Buffalo Road across from the Community Park. Paul and I graduated in 1964 and rode the same school bus. I fondly remember the hot dog stand and good conversations with Paul. I send you my sympathy.

My sympathies to all of you in this time of sorrow. We never saw Paul without a smile on his face and he was always so very kind, gentle and funny. We will miss him dearly. We are a phone call away if you need anything at all, especially you Cheryl and Dave...if you need someone to look after Tristan and Jordan.
In our hearts with love and prayers,
Debi, Tom, Chris, Kelly and Mike

I'm very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I was a childhood friend of Paul's (and Douglas Newman, WA2RWL) when I lived in Springville on Rt. 219. Unfortunately I lost contact with Paul, and never got to see him when we both lived here in Rochester.
And I'll always remember coming over to his family's Hot Dog Stand in the warm summer evenings as a child with my sister Karen.
My prayers go out to Paul's family.
