Beth Ann was truly a free spirit that added a fun element to whatever you were doing with her. There are so many good memories; skiing up north, sorority formals, and trips to FL, to name just a few. As others have says already, her witty and funny personality created great memories I will cherish. May God´s peace fill your hearts; Scott, Scotty and Isabella. AST love, Jeanne Marie

Dear Family and Friends of Beth Ann - In my last tribute to her I mentioned her great characteristics. I didn´t mention what a special friend she was to me. I met her my first year at Central and we roomed together for 2 years after that. She was that friend you could rely on the friend to make you laugh. We had so much fun together. We had boyfriend break ups, sorority sister antics and just genuine fun. She had style and grace (sorry we might of both had perms?) To her children please know she was a great person and I was lucky to call her a best friend for many years!
Much love to everyone! AST Love

I've been thinking of all the Verniers today and wondering where you're at, what you're doing, when will you return to Michigan? Gladys, I'll call you soon. You're all in our prayers every evening..this is one of our favorites...
"The light of God surrounds me,
the love of God enfolds me,
the power of God protects me,
the presence of God watches over me.
Where ever I am, God is"

We repeated this prayer every night while at Mayo, and have continued it since we've been home. I never tire of these words because it's a daily reminder of who's in charge.
Talk soon,
Love you all,
Don and Marcia

Mr. and Mrs. Vernier,
I am so sorry for your loss. Beth Ann's name caught my attention when I saw she was from Wyandotte. Though we were never acquainted, her youth and the hometown connection touched my heart. I was born and raised in Wyandotte, and now live in Castle Rock, Colorado. You are in my prayers. Sincerely, Sandy

Scott, Scotty and Isabella. . .
May God be with you as you mourn the loss of Beth Ann. I attended high school with Beth. I was one of the few African American girls at Aquinas High during a time when race was a huge issue. Even though Beth and I were not close friends, she always smiled and spoke. Back in those days, that was huge. It just speaks to her spirit of love, acceptance, and maturity. She was a beautiful person and she radiated beauty from inside out. We were blessed to have her in our lives for what we all feel was too brief of a time. Feel good about the number of lives she has touched. Find comfort in knowing that she has reunited several old high school friends and has made us all appreciate the time that God gives us even more.
God bless you. If Scotty and Isabella ever want some penpal email fraternal twins in Texas to keep in touch with. . .Jasmyn and Justin will be there for them!

What a total shock... Beth Ann cut my hair for years, from about 1994-1999 at the little shop down under the street below Crocs. I had kids, she had kids, and we both moved on. What a complete loss to the world. She made me smile every six weeks. I looked forward to having my hair done, she was so full of life.
I am so sorry Scott, Scotty and Isabella. You don't know me but my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad, sad time.
