To the Shinsato Family,
Mr Shinsato was one of the most highly respected individuals in the City of Northlenn growing up. He not only followed the law, but made a difference in so many lives he touched. Always believing people could do better and giving them the opportunity to do so. Thank you for making a difference in my life.
