Christina Hansen Obituary
Our wonderful daughter, Christina Marie Hansen, and her unborn baby, Axel Eric Rios, died on April 29, 2016 in Salt Lake. Christie was born on July 31, 1986 to Robert P and Karen K Hansen. We loved her very much. Christie graduated from the University of Utah and was very proud of her degrees in early childhood education, family and consumer science, and sociology. She was always full of life and had a wonderful ability to make everyone around her laugh. She was always very close to her family. She especially enjoyed time spent with them at Bear Lake water skiing, wakeboarding and sailing. Christie enjoyed interior design and loved to decorate her home. She had a special bond with her dog Bella. Christie was so looking forward to being a mother.
Christie is survived by her partner George Jorge Rios, his extended family, her parents, brother Eric, sister Kelly, grandparents Robert P Hansen Sr and Doris and Walt Kirhofer, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. We will always miss her and the important part she played in our lives, and we will always love her. We will miss Axel as well and wish that he could have grown up with all of us around him.
On Thursday May 5 there will be a graveside service for family at 3 pm followed by a gathering for family and friends to celebrate and commemorate Christie at 6 pm, at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 E 1300 S. Condolences can be shared with the family at www.larkinmortuary.com

I can't believe it's been a year since you joined our heavenly father in his kingdom.
It seems like only yesterday, I woke up next to You, heard your voice, seen your smile and rubbed your belly while talking to our son.
