Dear Joan & family,
Dale and I were so saddened to hear of Bill's passing. We still reminisce about your visit to Tucson. He was a true gentleman, funny, compassionate, and all around "good guy". He will be missed. You two made a great team.
Love and prayers,

I met Bill years ago in the years prior to his retirement. I didn't work closely with Bill, but I knew he was amazing for his constant smile, enthusiasm and goodness. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. He was exceptional in every way that I knew him. Tim Sloan

To the Bentley family, I worked with Bill in the Welfare Department. He was such a friendly person and so enthusiastic about his work. I've never seen anyone so excited about safety. He taught me a lot. I was impressed. He always asked how I was doing and what was going on in my life. The last time I saw him was a few years ago when he was serving in the Jordan River Temple. He stopped and talked with me for quite a while. I always liked Bill. Always upbeat and so positive. Glad I knew him. May your family find peace in the Gospel.

What a great loss to our Cox family. Our condolences go out to you, Joan, and your family. We are so appreciative of all that Bill and you did for our Family History. The Cox Cousin Luncheon was the Frosting on the Cake for all of us as so many of the cousins there got to know Bill better and realized how much the two of you gave us in knowing our Ancestors. He truly has earned a great place in the Celestial Kingdom and he will be waiting patiently for you, Joan. All our love, The Walt & Irene Brooks Family.
