David, age 53, passed away Jan.19, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center. Visitation followed by a prayer service will be from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Monday. Jan. 26, 2015 at Peterson Funeral Home, 602 E.. Salem Ave., Indianola, Iowa. Interment at Milo I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Survivors include his mother, Rose Heller of Milo; 2 sons, David(Emily) Larson of Indianola and Jeff (Courtney) Larson of Tiffin; 1 grandson,4 granddaughters and his sister, Sheila (Joe) Hunemuller of Polk City.

David was a wonderful man and a great friend of mine for several years. He was very giving and helped me at a very hard time in my life. Thank You David. God Bless You. You are finally at peace. You are free! With loving thoughts always.

Dave was our neighbor for a period of time on the Southside and we really enjoyed our visits with him. He was a good guy. Always willing to lend a hand and be a friend. We are sorry for the family's loss.
