Michael P. O'Hara, 61, passed away Friday, October 30, 2015. Services will be held at Brooks South Town Chapel, 7601 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa, Tuesday, November 3, 2015. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 pm with services following.

Michael was born December 14, 1953 to James and Lois O'Hara in Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated from East High School and worked as a CMA, serving others most of his life.

Michael is survived by his brother, Denny (Judy) O'Hara and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jim.

So sorry to hear of Michael's death. I worked for Jim at O'Hara's station in the sixties and seventies and worked along side Mike when he worked there too. Even though I haven't seen him for years, I want to express my sympathy to the family.
