FRANK WOJCIECHOWSKI Obituary

Age 66, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side, following a courageous battle with cancer. Devoted and loving husband of 44 years to Sylvia. Beloved father of Dr. Mary Jane (Frank) Heaney and Bruce (Anna) Wojciechowski, and the late John (1998) and Judy (1990). Proud and loving grandfather of Kevin, Marla, Adam, Jeffrey, Lea, James, Aaron, and Andrew. Dear brother of Steve Albertus. Predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mary Wojciechowski, and sister, Mary Ann Turczyn. He was employed as an accountant by General Motors Corporation (Staff Accounting Services) for 42 years, retiring in 1994. Following his retirement as General Supervisor of Billing/Receivables, he volunteered his time as Treasurer of the Friends of the Center Line Public Library. He will be sadly missed but always remembered as a dedicated and caring husband and father. Visitation Thursday 4-9 and Friday 2-9 with a 7 PM scripture service, at Ford Funeral Home, 26560 Van Dyke Ave., Center Line (2 blocks south of I-696). Funeral Saturday, In state 9:15 a.m. St. Clement Catholic Church, 25320 Van Dyke Ave., Center Line (1 block north of 10 Mile Rd), with a Funeral Mass at 9:45 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
