Doris Hill Obituary

Hurst, Texas - Doris Mae Hill (Moore), of Hurst, Texas, passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 89. She was born on May 21, 1934, in Waco, Texas to Alfred and Callie Moore. Doris was known for her love of dancing and lived life to the fullest.
Doris worked at General Dynamics, where she dedicated her career until her retirement in 1990. Her colleagues remember her as a hardworking and dedicated professional.
Doris is survived by her sister Virginia Combs of Waco Texas, Stephen Williams and Kathy Williams of Belton Texas, Mark Williams of Richland Hills, Texas. Doris also leaves behind her granddaughters Leslie Ann Bullion, Kristen Atwood, and great-grandchildren Nicholas Williams, Taryn Bullion, Kaitlyn Atwood, Derek Atwood, Dylan Atwood, and Dexton Bullion. She was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Callie Moore, several brothers and sisters, and her son George Randall Williams.
A Celebration of Life in honor of Doris will be held on May 18, 2024, at Blue Ridge Baptist Church 340 Hwy 1771 Blue Ridge, Texas. The service will commence at 11:00 AM.
