Johnny Peacock Obituary
Service: 10 a.m. Friday at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
He married his wife, Ruby, in October 1946. He was a Baptist.
Johnny served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Chester. He retired from Bell Helicopter after 32 years in 1985. After retirement, he spent many hours tending to cattle and horses, trading and selling.
Survivors: His loving wife of 61 years, Ruby Fulks Peacock; and sons, Benny, Craig and Blaine and their families.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of Mr. Peacock. I believe my father worked together with him at Bell years ago.God has a plan for all of us and he takes us when he needs to recruit new angels of which Mr. peacock is now one. God bless all of you in these times.

Johnny was always so good to me. I still tell stories about him having me round up cattle in the pasture when I was such a green horn. He is probably laughing with the angels. You guys are in my prayers and I pray peace over your family.
