Marshall Austin Obituary

Marshall "Coit" Austin died Monday, March 28, 2016. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at Prairie Mound Cemetery, 7551 Prairie Mound Cemetery Road in Argyle. Coit was born Aug. 31, 1958, in Denton and raised in Arlington. He graduated from James Bowie High School in Arlington and attended Southwest Texas University in San Marcos. He then resided in New Braunfels. Coit was a loving father, amazing brother and a great friend who loved God. Coit was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Elwood and Margie Ray Austin. Survivors: Son, Christopher Ryne Austin of Ingleside; brothers, Max Austin of Arlington and Mel Austin of Chicago, Ill.; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family.
