Dale Raymond Kinsley

Kinsley Dale Raymond Kinsley, 51, of Plain City, formerly of Colorado, passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family on Monday evening, April 13, 2015. He was born May 8, 1963 in Salina, Kansas. Dale was a graduate of University of Colorado, where he obtained his Master's Degree in Engineering. He owned his own Structural Engineering business, and engineered houses and office buildings throughout the area. Dale was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Plain City and served on the Parish Council at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Columbus. He was an Eagle Scout and active with Troop #873, Plain City. Dale enjoyed the outdoors spending time hunting and camping. He was also a skilled wood worker. Dale will be dearly missed by his devoted family, including his wife of 30 years, Jacqueline (Petit) Kinsley, whom he married on June 15, 1985 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Akron; their seven children, Stephen, Eric, Hannah, Daniel, Joseph, Mary Margaret, Timothy; his parents, Gerald and Janice (Albright) Kinsley; brother, David (Betty) Kinsley; sisters, Diane (Bob Nestruck) Kinsley and Donna (Jack) Yonce; mother- and father-in-law, Regina and the late Gerald Petit; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jeanne (Larry) Bigelow, Jerry (Allie) Petit, Jane (Chris) Rhodes, Mark (Danielle) Petit and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and godchildren. Dale was preceded in death by three infant children Theresa, Patrick and Conner. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 202 E. Main St. (St. Rt. 161W), Plain City, with a prayer service by the Knights of Columbus at 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 280 N. Grant Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43215. Graveside service will begin at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Resurrection Cemetery.
