I met Mr. Mann when I served as a Magistrate of the Franklin County Probate Court. I am sorry to hear of his passing. He loved to share with me what his children and grandchildren were doing. He was very proud of you all. He was such a gentleman and role model me and other African American attorneys. He wil be greatly missed. You have my condolences. May grant you peace during this difficult time.

Kindness presents itself in many forms: duty, honor, appreciation, compassion, forgiveness, humility, understanding, valor. Our brother, Daniel, whose name means 'God is my judge' now goes to a bar and bourne from which we have good report. We have experienced the movement of a man who embodied those forms of kindness and dignified us all by his friendship. May all beings benefit from his example. Sincerely, The Tibbs Family.

To The Mann Family;
So sorry to hear about the loss of your love one. Attorney Mann was our family attorney for 30 plus years. I saw him around this time last year and he still had a smile on his face and a kind word (dressed sharp as always), so keep his smile in your heart he is in a better place. I can go on and on and talk about this wonderful man who served the community for many years. He truly will be missed.
