Mark Henry Steigerwald, age 57, of Circleville, passed away on Sat., Jan. 5, 2019 at Grant Medical Center, Columbus. He attended Teays Valley H.S. and lived his entire life with Muscular Dystrophy. Born Jan. 1, 1962 in Circleville. Preceded in death by father Carl J. Steigerwald, brothers Keith Adam and Jan Merle. Survived by his mother, Norma J. (Stokes); brothers, Richard (Joyce) Swanger of So. Bloomfield, C. Gower (Della) Steigerwald of New Holland; and sister, Gay (Bernard) Thompson of Grove City; 2 aunts; several nieces, nephews, and cousins and great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sat. from 12 noon until the time of Service at 1 p.m. in the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Harrison Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions to: Palative Care at Grant Fund #24787, 180 E. Broad St., 31st Floor, Columbus, OH 43215.
