Dear Bob, Peg, Mark, Patty, Brenda, Cindy, David and Nanci,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Y. I have many many many wonderful memories of being with him that I will always cherish. As a matter of respect, I could never call him Marvin; he always was and will always be Mr. Yerke to me. I feel lucky to have known him, worked with him, learned from him and will never forget him.
I am thankful for all of the opportunities he offered me and my family throughout the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Family:
I was so sorry to hear this about Mr. Yerke. I know how difficult this is for you, as my own wife of 49 years passed away in March, 2005.
Mr. Yerke was a good friend to me in the real estate business and helped me finance and close many transactions.
With many thoughts and deepest sympathy to you and all Mr.Yerke’s family at this time.

Dear Mark and family, so sorry to hear about our dear one, Marvin's passing. What a positive and powerful force he was in the real estate community. Always encouraging me when I first started in the real estate business. And of course all the help with transactions that Yerke Mortgage helped to finance and get closed for me. I have nothing but fond memories of him and his cheerful attitude. I know you will miss him greatly. May God's comfort surround you. You are in our thoughts and Prayers.
