Billy Stephens Obituary
He received a degree from the University of Mississippi. He pursued business ventures as an entrepreneur and served as Bank President for 25 years. He served on the Chamber of Commerce, and other community organizations, and committees. Billy was a veteran, having served in the United States Army National Guard, 1957-1965. In his pastime, he was an avid lover of golf.
Billy is survived by his wife, Daisy Perry Stephens, sons: Brian Stephens and Chris Perry; daughters: Gina Edwards, Nicole Perry, and Jessica Perry; brothers: Harry Stephens and Tommy Stephens; sister, Peggy Boote.
Graveside Service will be Friday, January 27, 2023, Snow Cemetery - CR 173, Okolona at 11 A.M. Bailey Funeral Home-Okolona is in charge of the arrangements.
