Barbara Crutcher Ward, of Dothan, passed away on December 17, 2015 at home with her loving family. Mrs. Ward was born in Beaumont, TX to William Weldon C. Crutcher and Kitty Foshee Crutcher. She retired from the Dothan City School System. She is survived by her children, Tim and Sherry Ward, Tony and Rebecca Ward, Todd and Michelle Ward, and Tommy and Kim Ward, George and Earline Ward all of Dothan; grandchildren, Drake, Brittany, Danielle, Donald Wayne Ward, Kelsey, Macey, Ryan, T.J., Hannah, Blake, Sean, Owen, Gia, Sawyer, Cam; brothers and sisters, Jon Earl and Chris Crutcher, Mike and Wanda Crutcher, Bobby and Debbie Darden, Thomas and Mary Alice Crutcher, Roger and Gloria Crutcher, Joyce Kaufmann, Sandy Crutcher, Judy and Walter Naylor, and Eddie Ward. She was preceded in death by her parents William Weldon C. Crutcher, Kitty Foshee Crutcher and Nola Corine Walker; brothers and sisters, Jimmy and Nancy Crutcher, Roy and Latrieva Crutcher, David and Sazette Crutcher, William E. Crutcher and infant daughter, Tami Kay Ward. The visitation will be Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 6 pm- 8pm at Ward-Wilson Funeral Home. The Funeral Service for Mrs. Ward will be at Ridgecrest Baptist Church on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 10 a.m. with Reverend Orrin Barrett. Interment at Memory Hill Cemetery.
