Haywood Dowling Obituary
Haywood Hart Dowling II, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity with Father Peter Wong officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Robert Byrd directing. Hart was born in Dothan on April 26th, 1954 and he resided all of his life here. Predeceased by his father R.A. Dowling, beloved mother Agnes Simpson, brothers Britt Dowling and Brian Dowling. Survivors include sisters Jeannie and Leigh; nieces Britten Leigh Treder, Alexandra Livaudais, Ariane Livaudais, Laura Catherine Dowling and nephew Zachary Simpson; his WOOF Radio Family; his caregivers/friends James Price and Roosevelt Hutchinson; and the joys of his life, his four-legged children Reese, Yeti and Blackie. In lieu of flowers please make a contribution to your favorite charity, especially one benefitting the care of God's four-legged babies.
