Kenneth Odom Obituary
Peavy Funeral Home 20367 NW Evans Ave. Blountstown, FL 32424 850-674-2266 Mr. Kenneth A. (Kenny) Odom, age 58, of Grand Ridge, FL passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at Jackson County Hospital with family at his side. He was born on April 3, 1956 in Jackson County. Kenny was a lifetime fisherman out of Destin. He spent many years in the Round Lake and Alford area. And resided in Grand Ridge. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Willene Odom, 4 beloved brothers, Glenn, Robert, Tommy and John Odom. Survivors include: a brother, Scott Odom of Ariton, AL; 4 sisters: Glenda Benefield of Compass Lake, FL, Bee Bee Springer of Grand Ridge, FL, Mona Goolsby of Ariton, AL and Michelle Reber of Louisiana; a very beloved special friend, Seleta Cogburn of Kynesville, FL; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. He will be greatly missed by all. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 1:00 pm (CST) until 5:00 pm (CST) at the home of Bee Bee Springer, 7213 Shady Grove Road, Grand Ridge, FL 32442 (850- 592-1196). This will be a time for friendship and fellowship for everyone to remember Kenneth. All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL.
