My husband and I were married by Col, Wragg at Dover Air Force base on December 6, 1975. Under alert conditions and a base lock down Col Wragg managed, with great style and enthusiasm, to accomplish his task and preform a beautiful ceremony. My husband died on December 1, 2012 in an accident. I still have the pictures with Col Wragg smiling in his Sunday best. Thank you for the memory and a job well done. God bless.

I served with Chaplain Wragg at two assignments during my Air Force career. He was an outstanding chaplain and a caring person. God Bless
