Donna Bouchard

Donna M. (Dias) Bouchard, 62, passed away at her home on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was the devoted wife of the late Michael A. Bouchard for 39 years before his passing in 2021.

Born in Providence, RI she was the daughter of the late Angelina (Carlone) and Sebastian Dias, Jr. A lifelong Bristolian, she graduated from Bristol High School, Class of 1978.

Donna worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant for over four decades at Silver Creek Manor here in town. Donna enjoyed traveling. Most of all, Donna enjoyed being a grandmother.

Donna is survived by her children: Michael S. Bouchard, Sr. (Shannon), Justin Bouchard (Amanda), Derek J. Bouchard, Sr. ; her grandchildren: Caleigh Bouchard, Derek Bouchard, Jr., Destinee L. Bouchard, Michael S. Bouchard, Jr., Logan M. Bouchard; her siblings: Luann Dias, Alan Dias, Elaine Ward; and many extended family and friends.

Donna was pre-deceased by her husband Michael and her parents.

Visiting Hours will be held at Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol on Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 3-6 PM. Her funeral service will start from Sansone Funeral Home on Monday, July 3, 2023 at 10 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Elizabeth Church, 577 Wood Street, Bristol at 11 AM. Donna will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Michael at North Burial Ground, Hope Street, Bristol.
