Charlie Bell transistioned from labor to rest on April 24, 2018 at the age of 84.
Public Viewing will be held from 12:00 noon to 4:00 P.M. on Thursday May 3 at Fouche's Hudson Funeral Home 3665 Telegraph Ave., Oakland. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday May 4 at Glad Tidings COGIC 27689 Tyrrell Ave., Hayward. Burial will be 11:00 A.M. on Saturday May 5 at Rolling Hills Memorial Park, 4100 Hilltop Dr., Richmond.
