Edward Goddard Obituary
Former Long Time Martinez Resident
Edward went to be with the Lord, Feb. 15th, at the age of 99. Ed had been a machinist in the Antioch P.G.&E plant for 37 years, deacon at Morello Baptist Church, he was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his loving wife Catherine of 72 years, son Robert, daughter Cheryle, and their spouses, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
There will be a celebration of life at Bethany Baptist Church, 5850 Alhambra Ave. Martinez on Sat. Feb. 20th at 11:00 a.m.

Ed and Cathy treated my daughters and I like family. We spent many Christmas Eves stopping by their house, for a warm hug and Christmas blessing. Ed and Cathy are rocks in our community.
