Francis Patrick "Pat" McGuire

FRANCIS PATRICK "PAT" McGUIRE Entered peacefully into rest in Pleasanton on June 3, 2006. He was 77 years of age. Born in Fort Riley, KS on June 14, 1928, Pat was a retired warehouse superintendent for Hunts Foods. He proudly served his country with honors in the U.S. Air Force. A devoted family man, Pat took great pride in all of his family's accomplishments, especially his son's, Lester Lee, and his adored grandsons', Nathan and Brandon Lee. He was a member of SIRS of Livermore and the Livermore Men's Golf Club. He will be deeply missed. Pat is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 41 years, Martha McGuire of Livermore; daughters, Marta Perta and Jane McIntyre, both of Kansas; son and daughter in law, Lester C. and Lynn Lee of Georgia; sister Margaret Deppish of Kansas; sisters in law and their husbands, Rose and Al Garcia of Fremont, Mary and Tom Mowbray of Livermore, and Betty Neill, widow of Duncan Neill, of Livermore; 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many extended family and cherished friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am today, Tuesday, at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 458 Maple Street, Livermore. Pat will be laid to rest in Kansas.
